1. Posters may be prepared in Turkish (Türkiye or Azerbaijani Turkish) or English.
2. Poster presentations must be prepared using the official poster template provided on the symposium website. Posters should include the following sections: Introduction, Research Objectives, Findings, Conclusion and Recommendations, and References.
3. Posters must be prepared using the Times New Roman font. Text, tables, and illustrations should be designed to be clearly legible from a distance of 2 meters, with 1 to 1.5 line spacing.
4. As the allocated poster display area measures 70 x 90 cm, posters should be designed to fit these dimensions.
5. Participants are responsible for printing their own posters.
6. The date, venue, and details of the selected poster presentations will be announced to the presenters via the symposium website.
7. Posters will remain on display throughout the symposium. Presenters are expected to stand by their posters during the poster session and provide information about their work.
8. Materials required for mounting posters will be provided by the staff at the poster area. The organizing committee is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the mounting or removal of posters.
9. At the end of the scheduled period, posters must be removed by the presenters themselves.
